This data is processed through Netlify Forms as part of our contact form infrastructure and is made available to us so we can respond to your inquiry.

This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and page requests as part of their infrastructure. We do not run our own analytics, tracking scripts, or cookies beyond those described in Section 7.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• Payment or financial information
• Sensitive personal data (health, ethnicity, religion, etc.)
• Location data beyond your country (inferred from IP by Netlify)
• Social media login data

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you submit through our contact form solely to:

• Respond to your project inquiry
• Discuss scope, pricing, and timelines
• Communicate with you about your project if we begin working together

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise distribute your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR / NDPR)

For users in the EU/EEA or Nigeria, our legal bases for processing your data are:

• Legitimate interest — responding to a direct project inquiry you initiated
• Contractual necessity — where you have engaged us for services

We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact, unless:

• You request deletion (see Your Rights below)
• A contractual relationship exists, in which case we retain records for 6 years per applicable law

Netlify processes contact-form submissions according to its services and privacy documentation.

This site is served over HTTPS. We do not store payment data or sensitive personal information. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to Netlify's form processing infrastructure. If you discover a security vulnerability on this site, please report it to faithakinboyejo@gmail.com.

10. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated where feasible. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
